Ukraine has called on countries around the world to limit the activities and fully close the Russian cultural centers known as the "Russian House." Foreign Minister Dmytro Sybiha stated that these centers are "tools of disinformation, destabilization, and espionage" and are integrated into the diplomatic infrastructure of the Russian Federation in some countries.
Today, Sybiha met with youth from the countries of the Carpathian Eight, who are currently in Ukraine, particularly in Ivano-Frankivsk. He emphasized the importance of unity among Carpathian macro-region countries and the need to support youth to ensure they remain in Ukraine. The minister hopes that the Cabinet of Ministers will actively inform about state programs for housing acquisition.
Additionally, NATO is prepared to respond to potential escalation from Russia on the eastern flank of Europe. NATO's Supreme Commander Admiral Giuseppe Cavo Dragone reported that three operational regional defense plans have been agreed upon for 2023 amid warnings of a possible staged attack from Moscow.
Moreover, the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that it has sent proposals to Ukraine and Russia for a ceasefire in the Black Sea and is awaiting their responses.
