The Ukrainian servicemen of the 425th Separate Assault Regiment "Skelya" successfully evacuated 21 soldier from the 159th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who found themselves encircled. The operation took place in an unnamed village, where the soldiers of the 159th Brigade had been stationed without rotation for over 10 months.
They became surrounded by the occupiers and were unable to leave the dangerous area on their own, which is why they called for help from their comrades. As a result of the courageous actions of the 425th Regiment, not only were the soldiers rescued, but several occupiers were also captured, allowing for the replenishment of the exchange fund.
