On October 7, 2026, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported successful strikes on several important military targets of the enemy, including airfields and drone command points.
Strike on the 'Seshcha' Airfield
The Ukrainian defense forces struck the 'Seshcha' airfield located in Bryansk Oblast, Russia. The extent of the damage is currently being assessed. This airfield is a crucial strategic asset for Russian military operations.
Destruction of Electronic Warfare Stations
Additionally, several other targets were hit, including:
- An electronic warfare station in the area of Grinovo, Bryansk Oblast;
- A radar station near Elionka in the same region;
- A storage and launch site for strike drones in the vicinity of Donetsk.
Strikes on Command Points
Moreover, Ukrainian forces targeted drone command points in the following areas:
- Bilotserkivka;
- Kamyanka in Zaporizhzhia Oblast;
- A command point in the area of Hirnyk, Donetsk Oblast.
Command and observation points of the enemy were also destroyed in the areas of Ukrainsk and Kurakhivka, Donetsk Oblast, while on the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk Oblast, a logistics supply depot was hit in the area of Krynychne and a fuel and lubricants storage in the area of Kondryuchy.
