Reports were given by Defense Minister Yevhen Khmara and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mykhailo Drapaty. Decisions are being prepared to update the management approaches and response system to challenges in the command of the Medical Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine following a change in leadership.
The main goal is to maximize the scaling of successful practices used in combat brigades and all effective patronage services of the brigades. Scaling successful experiences of the Defense Forces is a priority for commanders at all levels.
They also discussed updating the regulatory framework and approaches to involving foreign volunteers in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Anyone who feels that our defense of Ukraine's independence has global significance should be given the opportunity to express themselves and receive the appropriate recognition. I am grateful to all foreign volunteers who have already made significant contributions to the defense of Ukraine, our independence, and the right of our people to live as they should in a sovereign state.
