Attacks on Residential Areas
Today, several attacks on residential neighborhoods were recorded in Odesa and other regions of Ukraine. Specifically:
- Occupants struck the residential sector in Odesa, causing several private houses to catch fire.
- In the Bucha district, a drone attack damaged a vehicle, while in the Boryspil district, a fire broke out in warehouse premises.

Fortunately, according to preliminary information, there were no casualties or injuries, and services are working on-site to mitigate the aftermath of the attacks.
Rotation Issues in the Ukrainian Army
Ukrainian Armed Forces serviceman Yevhen Borovskyi emphasized that the rotation of military personnel is one of the most important unresolved issues. He noted that:
- A person cannot continuously remain in a state of war for four years.
- It is necessary to find a systematic solution for the rotation of soldiers who have been serving for an extended period.
Borovskyi also pointed out that while new digital services are emerging and bureaucratic procedures are being simplified, the issue of rotation remains open.
Use of Heavy Equipment on the Front
Spokesman for the Joint Forces Group Viktor Trehubov reported that due to a more than 20-kilometer kill zone on the front, Russian troops cannot use heavy equipment for assaults. He noted that:
- Russian tanks and other heavy equipment have effectively taken a back seat.
- Even in cases where tanks are used, careful operation preparation and favorable weather conditions are required.
