New Grounds for Sanctions

- forced relocation;

Ukrainian ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets reported that Ukraine has managed to return 2,590 children. However, he stated that over 20,000 children have been confirmed as deported or forcibly relocated. This highlights the serious scale of the problem the country is facing.
