According to him, the power supply to the pumping stations was partially cut off due to emergency electricity outages that were implemented in the city and surrounding regions.

Emergency electricity outages have been introduced not only in Kyiv but also in the Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Poltava, and Chernihiv regions. The reason for these measures was the damage to power lines caused by the debris from unmanned aerial vehicles.
