Today, October 16, there is a significant temperature difference across Ukraine. According to the Hydrometeorological Center, the warmest conditions will be in the east of the country, while the coldest temperatures are expected in the west and north.
Temperature Readings by Region
Forecasters note that the air temperature will vary significantly across different regions of Ukraine. Specifically, it is expected:
- In the east of Ukraine: temperatures will reach up to +15°C;
- In the west of Ukraine: temperatures will drop to +5°C;
- In the north: temperatures will range from +7°C to +10°C;
- In the south: temperatures will be around +12°C.
Expected Weather Conditions
In addition to temperature variations, forecasters also predict that western regions may experience rain accompanied by strong gusts of wind. In the east, however, sunny weather without precipitation is expected.
