The winners of the international competition 'Astronomical Photographer - 2026' have been announced. The main winner is Kuwaiti photographer Ali Al-Obaidli with his work 'Silent Predator', which depicts the Shark Nebula (LDN 1235). This nebula is located approximately 650 light-years from Earth in the constellation Cepheus.
All entries are showcased at a special exhibition at the National Museum of London.
