On November 3, 2026, it became known about the detention of a woman who was the first to arrive by ambulance at a house in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka. This was reported by the head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Budanov in a news comment.
Circumstances of the Detention
According to Budanov, the woman, who presented herself as a medical worker, was not actually employed in a medical institution. She had previously purchased an ambulance and wore medical personnel clothing. Together with a driver, she conducted reconnaissance of the site at least three days prior to the events.
Correspondence with Telegram Channels
During the detention, correspondence with administrators of certain Telegram channels was discovered on the woman’s phone, which later began to actively disseminate information about the events in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka. This confirms that her actions may have been premeditated and had specific motives.
Motives and Consequences
Law enforcement agencies are currently investigating the motives behind the woman’s actions. Among the possible versions being considered are:
- personal interests;
- financial gain;
- anti-state activities.
Budanov also noted that individuals who required medical assistance are already in the hospital. However, most of the people who were in the house did not need medical intervention.
