At Borispil Academic Lyceum named after Anatoliy Fedorchuk, there is a whole team behind the tasty and healthy lunches for children. The team is led by Chef Lyudmyla Kovalchuk.
In her six years at the lyceum, she has witnessed significant changes in the school kitchen. Thanks to the school nutrition reform initiated by the First Lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska, modern equipment, new dishes, and inventory have been introduced.
Now, a significant portion of the meals is prepared using a combi oven. What used to take a lot of time is now done faster and more conveniently for the cooks.
However, the most important thing for Lyudmyla Mykolaivna is that the meals are not only healthy but also tasty for the children.
